Setting
Modern Vice City and the sprawling state of Leonida — Rockstar's love letter to Miami, the Florida Keys, and the American south. Neon skylines meet swamp cults and rural criminal networks.
The Relationship
Lucia and Jason are partners in crime — likely romantic. Their trust is the story's backbone. A shared trust meter tracks choices: protect each other or chase the money.
The Conspiracy
An "easy score" goes wrong and pulls the duo into a conspiracy spanning all of Leonida — involving corrupt law enforcement, veteran traffickers, and rival criminal networks.
First-Ever Female Lead
Lucia is a milestone — the first non-optional, voice-acted female protagonist in mainline GTA history. Her arc is not a sidestory — she drives the entire narrative.
